Hit the Ground Running

After taking several weeks to just be lazy for the holidays (OK, not lazy -- just a different kind of busy) I have been working on some ideas I've had for my Young Women at church.  Our stake leaders are really emphasizing modesty in all three of the auxiliaries this year so we wanted to do the same as a ward -- even though our girls are perfect.  Whatever.  Joan, our uber-fabulous secretary, showed me a "magazine" that they had made in her ward in Scottsdale a while back.  It was absolutely the cutest thing ever and I thought it would be perfect for a Young Women activity we had talked about.  So, I took Joan's basic idea (some of it word-for-word) and just . . . "Amy'd it up" a bit.  Because I just can't leave well enough alone.  And because it was soooooo fun.  Here's a preview of the cover:

It's just so much fun!  Maybe I've missed my true calling in life . . .
