Hi guys! If you've taken one look at my recipes page, you can tell that we are a family of cheese lovers. Like, the more the better and then some! So I'm super excited to share this recipe from KRAFT with you today -- Cheesy Morning Pizza. {Ummmm, you had me at Cheesy, KRAFT. Yes, please.} I love summer break because our mornings are a lot more relaxed and I can actually cook breakfast once in a while. This Cheesy Morning Pizza was pretty easy to make, and all the ingredients are "staples" in our house so I don't have to plan ahead to make it. It will be going into regular summer breakfast rotation, for sure.

KRAFT Cheesy Morning Pizza
1 lb. pizza dough {made from scratch or store bought}1 Tbsp. olive oil
1½ C. KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/3 C. sliced green onions
1 plum tomato, sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 eggs

Bake 23-25 minutes, until crust is golden brown and eggs are cooked. It will look all bubbly and delicious, like this:

As you can imagine, my family was in heaven as we devoured that yummy awesome-ness. A bowl of cut-up fresh fruit was the perfect side dish to round out the meal.

Be sure to check out the KRAFT cheese section in the store next time you go shopping. {I picked up mine at Safeway.} They have changed their packaging to these cool new stand up containers. It's the same amount of cheese, but it comes with less packaging, making it easier to sprinkle cheese in recipes like this one. The cheese itself hasn't changed -- it's still the same high-quality, delicious KRAFT cheese you love and comes in all the same varieties. It will just take up less room in your fridge! If you're looking for a delicious new breakfast recipe to try this summer, Cheesy Morning Pizza should be at the top of your list.
Have a great day, friends!

The recipe looks delicious and I LOVE the font that says "morining pizza". Could you tell me what it is? I also like the one that says , "have a great day, friends".
ReplyDeleteI love your blog! I have been following you for quite a while!
Thanks! I emailed you the links to the fonts, but just for anybody else who may be curious, the font for "morning pizza" is Speedball No. 3 and the "have a great day" font is my own handwriting made into a font, called Pea Amy G at kevinandamanda.com
DeleteThanks so much for the fonts! I thought that was a Kevin and Amanda font! I probably had it once. Then we changed computers and my husband told me he had saved all my fonts and transferred them to the new computer. NOT! Guess who slept on the couch that night?! I am slowly building my fonts again. Thanks for your help!
ReplyDeleteGah! That is so frustrating! Our computer crashed a while back and I lost all my fun fonts, too. Good luck rebuilding your collection!
