Me plus Yoga equal . . .

A swing and a miss. Went to my first (and last) yoga class Tuesday night. I went. I tried. I don't know.


  1. Try Sara Ivanhoe's 20 minute Yoga Makeover . . . at home . . . in your sweats . . . where no one can see. That's what I do.

  2. Don't give up on it yet. I'm definitely not a pro (I've only been for a handful of times) but sometimes it is really relaxing and helpful in getting me to feel centered. Other times, it's just a good laugh because I am so NOT flexible and can barely touch my toes.

    I took Jeff once (shhh! Don't tell Brent) and THAT was comical. He kept making smart remarks and definitely took away from the zen-like state we were trying to achieve!

  3. If laying like that makes me zen-like and centered, let me never be zen-like and centered. It's not for everyone. Most definitely not for me. I've decided I'm a Pilates girl through and through.

  4. I've got to say...that looks more painful than relaxing! I've never done the yoga bit yet..thought about it but that was a far as it got. Kudos to you for giving it a try!

  5. Wait whats wrong with the happy baby? I dont know much about zen, but that pose really helps me concentrate while I study...
