Creative Guest-Worthy Bathroom Project with Kleenex Hand Towels

I've had bathrooms on the brain lately while I've been working on re-doing the bathroom my kids all share.  That room also serves as our "guest bathroom" when friends and family come to visit so I'm trying to take that into consideration in the new design by adding a few thoughtful touches.

First, I like to keep some really nice smelling hand soap by the sink.  Nothing is as nice to me as having nice smelling hands.  I know it's a no-no, but I seem to touch my face a lot.  It's a weird habit, I guess.  I love catching a whiff of White Citrus {my latest favorite scent} when I lean my chin on my hand while sitting at the computer desk or tuck my hair behind my ear.  It's just nice.

Second, I wanted to find a way to always have fresh hand towels in there.  How hard is that, you may be thinking.  Pretty hard considering this is the bathroom my kids use primarily.  And I have two boys.  Two boys who may or may not use as much of the sweet smelling hand soap as is strictly necessary.  I was excited to try Kleenex Hand Towels.  They seemed like the perfect solution!

I wanted to make a cute, kind-of cheeky "cozy" to disguise the cardboard box the hand towels come in.  My family teases me that nothing comes into our house without getting painted or slipcovered, so a hand towel cozy was to be expected right?  But seriously, you are going to love me for this one!  If you have about $5 and 10 minutes to invest you can make a cheeky hand towel cozy, too.

You will need:

a simple, flat, unfinished craft frame {available at most craft stores}
a picture for your frame {available below or make your own}
2 base molding decorative outside corner pieces
E6000 glue

Now, pay extra-close attention -- this is very tricky.
1. Glue the corner molding pieces to the back of the frame at the bottom.

2. Paint your frame to match your decor.
3. Pop in the picture.
4. Place your frame contraption on the bathroom countertop and put your box of Kleenex Hand Towels behind it, nestled between the corner pieces.
Boom.  Cozified!

Let's be honest, my boys really do need a reminder to wash their hands.  Every single time.  And this is not the first time they have received a memo from the management around here, nor will it be the last.  If you would like to borrow my design for your personal use only, I would be honored.
