HGTV Passport to Style Sweepstakes at World Market

Do you have one room in your home that could really use an update, but never seems to merit the attention or budget for it?  For us that room is our master bedroom.  That room is a real work-horse in our house.  Not only is it where Brent and I sleep, it functions as the second living / TV room, the storage locker for things I purchase for upcoming projects, the sorting and folding area for clean laundry, the dog's kennel and the place where all the junk goes when people come over so our main living areas seem clean and tidy.  I've done a few small projects in there, but nothing really nice.

There are french doors just off to the left side of that picture.

I love the gray paint and the board and batten wall treatment, but just about everything else I could take or leave.  Thanks to World Market and HGTV there's a chance we may be able to makeover our needy rooms, you and I.

I had so much fun the other day "shopping" the World Market website, planning what I would purchase if I won!!  I even made up a little mood board to show y'all:

Isn't it pretty?!  I also found a few things that I thought would look good in our master bathroom . . . since I was already dreaming . . . and if our room looked that good, the bathroom would totes need a makeover to go with it . . .

1. Tegan Carved Mirror  2. Large Sasha Hall Chest {I would put a sink in the top and use it as a vanity -- one for each of us!}  3. Harriet Glass Pendant Lamp  4. Carved Wood Magazine Holder {under the vanities, holding towels}  5. Francesca White Sculptured Bath Towels  6. Ceramic Bird Canisters   7. Ivory Classic Carved Wool Rug

You should head out to your local World Market or log onto the World Market website to decide how you would spend your ten grand!!  While you're there join the World Market Explorer Program. This is a customer rewards program where member earn exclusive perks, like coupons, offers, previews, and beyond.  Spend $100 on Gourmet Foods and Non-alcoholic beverages and you will receive a $10 reward that you can use to purchasing almost anything in store or online. You can also earn FREE COFFEE Rewards! (Buy 6 12oz. bags and your 7th one is free!)

You can also find World Market on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, and Instagram for inspiration and sale notifications. Happy Shopping, friends!

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™, but all my opinions are my own

  1. Wow, I like the things you put on your moodboards. While I think your bedroom isn't too bad (I like the covers you have on your bed!) I can see how it would be perfect if you could update it with these beautiful things.
In our house, the living room is the room that would need a make over, because I know what I'd like to put in it, but cannot afford it right now. ;)

    1. Thanks Jule! The room actually looks better in pictures than it does in real life, but you're right -- it's not all THAT bad. New stuff is always fun though, right?! I'm in the same boat right now, knowing exactly what I want, but not able to do it. Bummer.

Thanks for leaving a comment. I try to respond to every one, even if it takes me a little while!
