Cake Mix Snickerdoodles
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 C. sour cream (or cream cheese)
- cinnamon and sugar
Mix cake mix and sour cream to form dough. Roll heaping spoonfuls of dough in cinnamon & sugar mixture to coat. Bake at 350* for 12 - 15 minutes. (This dough is very moist/gooey if you use sour cream.) Let cool at least 5 minutes on pan before removing to cooling rack.

ReplyDeleteHmm.. I'm wondering if I have to add the egg and oil like I would if I was making a cake, and if I need to grease the pan... I truly do not know these things. I'm going to guess yes on each. Wish me luck...
ReplyDeleteNOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! No oil or egg. Don't grease the pan. Though . . . you may be on to something . . . they may turn out cakey and delicious. Good luck.
